Are bad bosses driving away good workers? Dr Rhema Vaithanathan, Associate Professor at Auckland University's Business School being interviewed on Good Morning.  An international survey has sited NZ Managers as being rated as bad - poor in terms of recruitment, nurturing of people and effectively managing non-performance.  They are making recommendations to the Government to increase investment in leadership training.


Michelle Dalley recently spoke at the NeuroLeadership Interest Group in Wellington on: How Neuroscience informs the practice of feedback: what works & what doesn't.  She presented findings from a paper titled "Turn the 360 around" by Phil Dixon, Dr. David Rock and Dr Kevin Ochsner and discussed the implications of this in the workplace.  Contact Michelle if you have a business group that would be interested in this discussion.
